For this patient information, MDGenius AI INC acts as a Business Associate of the healthcare provider (the Covered Entity). We process PHI only as permitted under a Business Associate Agreement with the provider and applicable law, including for treatment support, care coordination, monitoring, and the services the provider has engaged us to perform. The provider's own notice of privacy practices governs the use and disclosure of your PHI.
